Shannon  Brien, shaped by a military upbringing, discovered her passion for real estate playing on construction sites as a child and helping her aunt fix up investment properties during summers. A Raleigh local since 1996, Shannon has watched the area grow firsthand from a small town to a thriving metro. Beyond her client-focused work, Shannon actively advocates across the state for Workforce Housing and Personal Property Rights. She also shares her 13 years of real estate knowledge with her peers, serving as the President of the Women's Council of Realtors Greater Triangle Network in 2016 and 2024. In these roles, she advocates for ethical and inclusive real estate practices while staying deeply involved in the ever-evolving landscape of real estate legislation.
